In the first 4 weeks you will have 3 appointments (30 minutes each) with a licensed trainer. Our competent trainers will accompany you on your way to your personal goal and will always be there for you in your David Lloyd Frankfurt Skyline Plaza with advice, support and motivation. The David LloydFrankfurt Skyline Plaza offers you a wide range of training options: From classic equipment training, EGYM circuit training and strength training to functional training. Work out your own personal training plan together with our trainers. Within your membership, follow-up appointments are free of charge every 2-3 months.
