The element of water is ideal for gentle and effective training. Due to the buoyancy in the water, the joints are relieved, the water resistance decreases the speed and at the same time has a strengthening effect. Depending on the focus of the class, additional devices such as pool noodles or dumbbells can be used.
Would you like to strengthen your body and get it in shape? Our “Energy & Strength” classes offer a varied strength training program - regardless of whether they take place in the pool, in the loft or in the equipment area.
The classes offer a full body workout with a focus on core stabilisation, especially the lower back and abdomen.
Do you prefer strength training in a quiet atmosphere? Then our Strength & Relaxation classes are ideal for you. Whether classic back classes or special hour formats - the body is always trained holistically and effectively.
The basis of all exercises is the training of the "powerhouse" - the muscles of the pelvic floor and the deep core muscles in connection with conscious breathing. All movements are carried out slowly and fluently with the aim of improving posture. These classes are available in different levels of difficulty and aids such as the foam roller or Pilates balls are also used.
Would you like to leave the stress of everyday life behind you? In our Rest & Relaxation classes, the tension in body and mind is released through calm movements and slow exercises.
In these classes, the joints are mobilized and the muscles relaxed. Stretching exercises create mobility and flexibility for the whole body. The classes are rounded off by a soothing relaxation section.
Do you love dance, choreography and movement? Choose between fast-paced step and aerobics classes, different dance styles and classic dance classes.
These workouts combine elements from different dance styles to hot Latin American music. The rhythmic movements to salsa, merengue, calypso or flamenco are fun and get you going. All steps and turns are easy to learn for everyone and bring the mood in the fitness loft to a boil.
