Family access
Family hours
Use of the fitness area is permitted only from the age of 18. Children under the age of 14 may use the family sauna, the sports pool, and the children’s pool when accompanied by an adult. During the following family hours, they may also use all other saunas, provided they are accompanied:

In our spacious wellness area, you will find extensive spaces for relaxation, numerous saunas, and our sauna garden. Please note that our saunas are textile-free areas.

Fitness
Various training zones, premium equipment, and offerings provide targeted, varied workouts and increased motivation. Experience the personalized Technogym circuit training BIOCIRCUIT, the new HYROX training zone, demanding functional training, and much more.
Reservations for HYROX classes are currently not possible; please feel free to inquire on site if you are interested. For BIOCIRCUIT, an introduction by our trainers is required. You can book an appointment for this in advance via the reception. Towels for training are available at the reception.

Breakfast
Breakfast is served at the nearby DELI. You can reach it via the hotel corridor along the night entrance in the adjacent building, or via the beach access. Light snacks are available in our bistro on the ground floor of the club.

In our bistro at the club, you will find light snacks available for consumption.

Our offer includes a wide range of outdoor and indoor classes. Please note that registration is required for all classes. We recommend booking early, as classes are very popular and fill up quickly. To reserve a class, please contact our reception team.

With our hygiene concept and the daily efforts of our team, we create a pleasant and safe atmosphere for your stay at the club. At the same time, we are committed to the responsible use of energy and resources without compromising the club experience.
Please note that David Lloyd Hannover Maschsee is a non-smoking hotel. Smoking, cannabis consumption, and bringing pets into the club and hotel areas are not permitted. In the event of violations, a fee of €250 will be charged. For valuables, we recommend using the safe in your hotel room.
Outdoor Classes & Events at the Beach
Please note that due to classes or events on our premises in front of the hotel rooms, there may occasionally be increased noise levels.
Events in Hanover
The popular Maschsee Festival takes place annually around Lake Maschsee. Please note that due to our direct location on Lake Maschsee, there may be restrictions and increased noise levels caused by concerts. The annual marathon and triathlon also pass by our club, which may result in road closures. We kindly recommend that you inform yourself about travel and access options prior to your arrival.
