Classes for the whole family
A unique HIIT class for families with 8-13 year olds. Set to an awesome mix of music, including feature weeks with bespoke playlists, it's the ultimate immersive workout.
The ultimate outdoor workout for families. Have fun and get fitter together. Work as a team using speed, agility and balance in an action-packed workout.
REBELS IGN1TE & SPIRIT combines high-energy movement, full-body strength and mindful recovery. For parents and kids aged 8+. Start strong with IGN1TE, a martial arts-inspired cardio and strength session. Then slow it down with SPIRIT, a calm, grounding mix of moves inspired by yoga and Pilates, ending with meditation.

Clubrooms and play areas
A space that you can really use as a family. The Clubroom here at David Lloyd Bad Homburg has a dedicated family area and indoor soft play frame so you can keep an eye on younger kids while they play.
Make the most of our Clubroom for a family meal, or get them socialising with other kids at our regular games nights and Club events.
Space for teens
Older kids and teens can enjoy independence and a world of choice at David Lloyd Bad Homburg.
If your child is 14 or 15, they’re welcome to use our modern gym after a guided induction with one of our expert trainers. During this session, they’ll learn how to train safely and confidently and will receive a black wristband – their personal pass to the gym (excluding free weights).
Once they turn 16, they can enjoy full access to all training zones after completing their induction. Simply book at reception and support them in taking their first step towards a healthy, active lifestyle.
They can also join energising classes like REBELS BATTLEBOX, improve their game with tennis lessons, or enjoy a swim. And when they need a quiet place, the Clubroom is ideal for catching up on homework — or with friends.

Crèche
Time for yourself can be hard to come by, especially with little ones in tow. That’s where we come in. Our safe, welcoming crèche cares for children aged 12 weeks to 5 years, giving you the freedom to enjoy some well-deserved me-time.
Each session includes age-appropriate toys and engaging activities, all set in a secure and nurturing environment. Every member of our crèche team holds a current certification, and our childcare leaders are fully qualified professionals, so you can feel confident they’re in good hands.
