But it’s about more than just workouts – your trainer can also offer guidance on nutrition, recovery, and even outdoor training. They’re here to motivate, support, and help you get real results.

What are the benefits of training with a Personal Trainer?

With a personal trainer (PT) by your side, you’ll stay consistent, focused, and on track to reach your fitness goals. They can help you develop new skills, improve your current abilities, and bring structure to your workouts. PTs provide expert guidance, motivation, and valuable advice on proper technique, injury prevention, and training for specific goals or activities. All of our personal trainers are highly experienced – some specialising in areas such as pre- and postnatal training, weight management, and injury rehabilitation – so you receive the support that’s tailored to your individual needs.

Where and when does Personal Training take place?

That’s entirely up to you. You can train at home, outdoors, or in the fitness area at David Lloyd Frankfurt Skyline Plaza– whatever suits you best. Simply talk to your personal trainer about what works for you and we’ll make it happen.
