Do you need extra motivation? We can provide you with a coach who will encourage you throughout your training. Your qualified personal trainer will be by your side throughout your fitness journey.
How to find your personal trainer
The personal trainer profile cards give you an initial overview of the qualifications and focus of each of the trainers. When you have chosen a favourite, give them a call to get started.
What does personal training include?
In addition to sports training, your trainer can also support you in many other areas, e.g. health advice, outdoor activities, relaxation and coaching. With them you always have a reliable partner who provides you with that extra bit of motivation all while having fun.
Where and when does personal training take place?
Whether in your living room, at work, in Meridian Skyline Plaza or in good weather on the banks of the Main, you determine the time and place of your personal training.
What qualifies our personal trainers?
Our personal trainers all have many years of experience and first-class qualifications in the field of sports and nutrition. Continuous further training ensures that they always stay up to date with the latest developments in fitness and science.
What does personal training cost?
Prices do vary between trainers.
Non-members can train up to three times with one of our personal trainers in Meridian Skyline Plaza for a usage fee of 10 Euros per visit.
