Holistic

Holistic classes improve your posture, breathing, flexibility and balance. They also reduce stress and help you avoid injury.

Try yoga or Tai Chi for calming, movement focused exercises. Or, take your workout up a notch with energising sessions like Pilates or SPIRIT, our exclusive class that combines elements of yoga, Pilates and meditation.

You don’t need to be a body builder to benefit from strength training. It's one of the best gifts you can give your body as it builds bone density as well as muscles.

Target specific muscle areas through BODYPUMP™ or Legs, Bums and Core. Build strength through Core Stability or fast-paced HIIT classes.

Cardio

Take care of your heart and improve your health with our exhilarating cardio classes. Our encouraging instructors will help take the hard work out of your workout.

Shake up your usual cardio routine with our invigorating group cycling classes. Try circuit training, Zumba™ or take to the water and do an aqua class instead. They'll all raise your heart rate and make you feel great.

Yoga and Pilates

Breathe. Stretch. Calm your mind. Whether you want a mindful workout, a stronger core or improved flexibility, we've got you covered.

Choose from a range of yoga and Pilates classes, from Ashtanga and Hatha yoga to Reformer Pilates. Try a SPIRIT class, which combines elements of yoga, Pilates and meditation. Meditation and Tai Chi classes are also available at some Clubs, so you're sure to find something that works for you.

HIIT

Push it, recover, push it again. HIIT stands for high-intensity interval training, so expect bursts of intense work with periods of rest to catch your breath.

HIIT classes are designed to include a variety of exercises targeting different muscle groups for a full-body workout. Our instructors will make sure you're motivated, enjoying yourself and ready to take on the day. We're ready when you are.

Our most popular HIIT class, BLAZE, combines cardiovascular training with strength and combat skills to give a challenging workout in a purpose-built studio. The class will change from week to week to ensure you’re kept on your toes.

Group cycling class

Group cycling

Our varied range of group cycling classes are the ideal way to get your heart pumping on two wheels. With superb, purpose-built studios kitted out with market-leading Stages bikes, our range of virtual and instructor-led classes are second to none. If you’re keen to track your performance, our Cyclone classes are perfect, as you'll test your pedalling prowess across rides that include segments of endurance, sprinting and climbing. These sessions use Functional Threshold Power tests to help you accurately monitor your progress.

Or, if you're looking for a totally unique cycling experience, try Rhythm, which blends cycling with strength and conditioning in a vibrant, bright and fun environment.

BLAZE Class

BLAZE

Join us in the BLAZE studio. This session is one of our Signature range of classes, and it’s an innovative take on HIIT. Work out in a dynamic space built with one intention in mind – inspiring you to push yourself further.

Use specialist technology to track your progress in real-time as you run, punch, kick and lift your way through the class. Walk away knowing your body is far more capable than you gave it credit for.

BATTLEBOX

Battlebox is an inspiring outdoor workout that comes in four distinct flavours. Athletic focuses on speed, strength and cardio. Warrior sees you lifting, carrying, crawling and climbing. Strong centres on building muscle and improving heart health.

Aqua

Make a splash and get a full-body workout with our aqua-based classes. They combine cardio and strength-training exercises whilst being kind to your joints. You don’t even need to be a strong swimmer because you’ll always be able to reach the pool floor.
